Hose Construction & Applications
- Application: Big diameter flexible hose specially designed for cooling water conveyin steel mills, glass plans and foundries with high cooling efficiency and long service life, suitable for high-temp and hot metal or glass splashing environment.
- Inner Tube: Black EPDM synthetic rubber
- Reinforcement: Multi-spiral high tensile synthetic fibers and insulated spiral PP wire or helix spiral-wire
- Outer Layer: Black NBR&PVC fire retardant mixed rubber/thermal protective-layer and stainless steel armour
- Temperature Range: -40°C~+100°C(-40°F~+212°F);The cover radiant heat:540°C (1004°F)
