API 17K jumper hose
The 17K hose is an API 17K-compliant deep-sea oil/gas pipeline with bonded multi-layer construction, offering high-pressure resistance (up to 150MPa), corrosion protection, and fatigue durability for extreme environments. Made of synthetic rubber and reinforced steel, it operates at -40℃ to 120℃ for crude oil, gas, and chemical transport.
Technical Standards: API 17K certification is designed for deep-sea high-pressure environments, requiring hoses to withstand extreme pressures (600 MPa) and maintain durability in corrosive conditions. Fitting Material & Manufacturing: The fittings are precision-forged from 35CrMo high-strength alloy steel. Strict heat treatment ensures uniform fine-grained microstructure and optimal pressure resistance. CNC machining guarantees dimensional accuracy and interchangeability.
Assembly Technology: Hose assemblies feature a double-layer sleeve crimping system that mechanically bonds hose ends to fittings. This physical connection provides secure anti-pullout performance and leak-proof sealing.
Exhaust design: The crimped assembly incorporates an innovative buffer layer with multiple exhaust channels. These strategically guide trapped gas to the fitting's release section, where it exits through crimping grooves—effectively preventing hose swelling.
